Shipment status
The data API lists shipments in every status, including DRAFT and PENDING_APPROVAL. The public tracking lookup treats those two as not found.

| DRAFT | Before | Created by staff and not yet confirmed. |
| PENDING_APPROVAL | Before | A booking is waiting for our team to review it. |
| APPROVED | Before | Confirmed. A tracking number is now in use. |
| AWAITING_PICKUP | Collection | Waiting to be collected. |
| PICKED_UP | Collection | Collected from the sender. |
| IN_TRANSIT | Moving | On its way. |
| CUSTOMS_PROCESSING | Customs | Going through customs. |
| CUSTOMS_HOLD | Customs | Held by customs. Action may be needed. |
| CUSTOMS_CLEARED | Customs | Cleared customs. |
| DELAYED | Exception | Running later than planned. |
| OUT_FOR_DELIVERY | Delivery | With the courier for final delivery. |
| DELIVERY_ATTEMPTED | Delivery | A delivery attempt was made and did not succeed. |
| DELIVERED | Final | Delivered to the receiver. |
| RETURNED | Final | Returned to the sender. |
| CANCELLED | Final | Cancelled, or a booking that was declined. |
| LOST | Final | Could not be found. |
| DAMAGED | Final | Reported damaged. |
Shipment payment status

| UNPAID | Nothing has been paid. |
| PARTIAL | Part of the amount has been paid. |
| PAID | Paid in full. |
Invoice status
| Value | Meaning |
|---|
| DRAFT | Being prepared. Not sent to the customer. |
| SENT | Issued to the customer. |
| PAID | Paid in full. |
| OVERDUE | Past its due date and not paid. |
| VOID | Cancelled by staff with a recorded reason. Invoice numbers are never reused. |
Quote status
| Value | Meaning |
|---|
| DRAFT | Being prepared. |
| SENT | Sent to the customer. |
| ACCEPTED | The customer accepted it. |
| REJECTED | The customer declined it. |
| EXPIRED | Not accepted before it was valid until. |
| CONVERTED | Turned into an invoice. |
